FW Thorpe has acquired 63% of the share capital of Electrozemper S.A. (“Zemper”) in Spain, a specialist in emergency lighting for a range of different sector and territories. The acquisition is expected to enhance earnings per share in the financial year ending 30 June 2022, as well as complementing the Company’s existing technologies, providing potential growth opportunities and synergies.
Zemper specializes in the development, manufacture and supply of emergency lighting products. Revenues are derived from Spain, France and Belgium as well as overseas territories. During the last twelve month ended 30th of June 2021, Zemper achieved revenues of €20.3m AND EBITDA of €4.2m.
