Short-term cash is one of the main focuses in crisis management. Weekly planning, working capital management, and the selection of short-term financial products in combination with structural economic and financial structural measures must allow the company to sort its day-to-day operations.
- Develop treasury plans based on the integration of the new scenario, application of company decisions, and changes in working capital parameters
- Reduction in the cash conversion cycle (CCC) by improving operational processes, standardizing policies, assigning responsibilities and incentive models, and helping to implement a cash culture in the organization
- Continuous cash monitoring methodologies, evaluation of the most impacted clients and personalized collection management, effective policy application, and adjusting stock to market context
- Selection of financial products (credit policies, confirming, factoring and others) that will allow an efficient and flexible coverage of the company’s treasury needs
