Purchase Price Allocation for the acquisition of Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A by Piolin BidCo, S.A.U.

The EQT Infrastructure IV fund through the investment vehicle Piolin BidCo filed an application to obtain authorisation for a voluntary public takeover bid over Parques Reunidos’ shares and later announced a purchase order.

Piolin Bidco completed the acquisition of Parques Reunidos, the parent company of a group of subsidiaries through which it owns and operates more than 60 parks located in various countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.

BDO have assisted Piolin BidCo in the Purchase Price Allocation process of Parques Reunidos acquisition.
