Everwood Capital's Transportation and Logistics Fund continues to advance its strategy of verticalizing its portfolio in the logistics sector. Its latest transaction, and first in the last-mile vertical, is the acquisition of a 75% stake in the logistics operator A Tu Hora Express.
With a workforce of over 100 people, a fleet of 900 vehicles, and the management of more than 35,000 daily packages, A Tu Hora Express recorded revenues of €15 million in 2023 (+18%). According to Everwood, its current turnover stands at approximately €18 million.
