Rentokil Initial has acquired 100% of the share capital of Desinplag, a pest control company from Leon with more than 20 years of experience, specialised in providing pest and xylophagous control services to public and private clients, mainly in the northwest of Spain.
Rentokil Initial is a multinational company, operating in Spain since 1981, with more than 600 employees and €70m in revenues, the company is mainly dedicated to pest control and environmental health.
It operates worldwide, with more than 62,900 people and a turnover of almost €6,500m.
